Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer shipping and/or delivery?

Yes we do. We offer shipping via Air Canada Cargo and via door to door courier service for everything that we sell, animals included, to anywhere in Canada. We also offer weekly delivery to most areas in southwestern Ontario.

Do you guarantee live arrival of shipments?

Yes we do. Live arrival is 100% guaranteed. Failure to report any issues with the quality, viability, or condition of your order immediately upon receipt of your animal may limit or invalidate your claim. Failure to pick up your shipment within 4 hours of the scheduled arrival time may limit or invalidate your claim. Do not dispose of anything relevant to your claim unless you receive explicit written instructions from us to do so. Failure to follow all of our instructions exactly as stated may limit or invalidate your claim. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

Do you guarantee your animals?

Yes we do. All of our animals are 100% guaranteed to be healthy, eating, and free from disease at the time of sale. We also guarantee the sex and genetics of most of our animals, and can provide certificates of genetics (where applicable) upon request. Our health guarantee is valid for a minimum of 48 hours after you receive your animal, but since failure to thrive can be caused by many different factors, the limits and conditions of this guarantee fall solely under our discretion. Failure to report any issues with the quality, viability, or condition of your order immediately upon receipt of your animal may limit or invalidate your claim. Do not dispose of anything relevant to your claim unless you receive explicit written instructions from us to do so. Failure to follow all of our instructions exactly as stated may limit or invalidate your claim. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

Can I come to your location and pick out an animal?

No. We do not currently have a retail facility, and our breeding facility is private.

How do I pay you?

We accept payment via cash, Interac e-Transfer, PayPal, and credit card.

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes we do. If you click on the Wholesale link at the bottom right corner of the page, you can log in with your wholesale login credentials. If you would like to purchase as a wholesaler and you do not yet have wholesale login credentials, please email us with your business details, including your tax number.

Do you sell animals other than the ones that you produce?

Yes we do. We frequently deal with other breeders, distributors, and wholesalers, so if we don’t have it, we can usually find it for you.

How quickly will I receive my order?

We ship our orders out every Monday and Wednesday, so depending on your location, and the service that you choose, you could have your order in as little as 24 hours. For a personalized quote that specifies both the price and exact timeline for delivery, please contact us with your full address and complete order information.
